Just below is recent video of US Armed Forces Veterans, at the Chicago NATO Summit, tossing back their hard earned medals. You can hear them say they don’t want them anymore, and that they were duped, and some apologizing for what they did to the people and countries of Iraq and Afghanistan.

And just below may be the greatest anti-war speech of all time. In 1970, at the height of the War on Vietnam, Jane Fonda, Donald Sutherland and other actors and singers toured armed forces bases around the country and gave lectures near he bases. A movie was made shortly thereafter, and totally banned throughout the USA. It is available in 10 parts on youtube now. At 3:40 of part 10 is Sutherland’s iconic speech. It must be heard, and the full movie is well worth listening to also.
